Here is a list of natural remedies that you can use when you have heartburn or acid reflux. There is no need to use antacids, which have unwanted side effects and contain aluminum, which has been associated with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
Here’s tea, you can do to help with acid reflux or heartburn. Will reduce the amount of acid in the stomach. Mix equal amounts of aniseed, peppermint and lavender.
