When the skin becomes thinner, the effectiveness of its barrier function decreases and releases moisture instead of locking in the skin. <p>One of my favorite exercises when my niece was born to dance with her. We staggered to Mozart turn 50 songs, and rocked gently to lullabies. Consequently, I became fitter, and Sarah has learned to appreciate all types of music.</p>
<p>Just lift your baby up and down and say the words above. To give the arms a mini workout and help your baby learn! That&#8217;s right! A baby&#8217;s talking and moving help increase IQ! So sing to your baby, tell her that you&#8217;re moving left, right, over, under, around, etc.</p>
