Since Eve took that first bite of the apple, the human race was obsessed beauty.
The truth is that the aging process begins as soon as we leave the womb. Every day of our lives, our bodies move and regenerate new cells. The speed at which this process takes place when children are very different as they age.
Every day they are bombarded daily with messages and beauty tips to try to attract you to believe that the most recent miracle drug is all you need to fight against the ravages of Mother Nature.
We now live in its entirety. Singular, which can be a curse or a blessing depending on your perspective.
The best way for the natural beauty and healthy skin is to take care of what you have. Sounds simple, does not it? The truth is that their skin has a beating from the environment every day. Some of our favorite beauty tips to keep your skin fresh and healthy:
1: Stay hydrated and do it with plenty of water! This does not mean soda, caffeine or any other liquid, even low-cal. Soda (even the soda) has a high concentration of sodium. Sodium retains fluids. You need liquid to hydrate and flush your body free of toxins. Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses a day!
2: Protect your skin against harmful ultra violet (UV). We all love the sun. We love being here and we love having a nice tan. The truth is that it can poison the sun. UV rays cause skin cancer and if it is not serious enough to make your skin age faster than it should, contributing to unsightly wrinkles. If you have to play in the sun, make sure you use a sunscreen. Do not leave home without it!
3: Keep your skin clean. Use a soft cloth and warm. The skin does not require washing. Will do more harm than good if it does.
4: The best cure for wrinkles is to never do in the first place! If you’re like most of us, you do not listen to her mother when she tried to tell you to stay in the shade, standing straight and stop squinting!
5: Eat healthy. How and what to eat, make a big difference in how you feel. Poor nutrition can cause depression, weight gain, illness and lethargy.
Weight gain causes your skin to stretch. As you get older, it loses its elasticity and leave you with skin.
The best solution is to maintain an appropriate weight.
A rule of thumb for eating habits are … not eat more calories than you consume. Do not go a day without doing something physical and at least 30 minutes per day. This can be three ten minute walks. Or 30 minutes of vigorous aerobics, or 12 minutes of weights and 18 minutes on foot.
6: Do not worry, be happy. A happy outlook appears to trigger the release of endorphins. Endorphins relax the cardiovascular system and cytosine’s that alert the immune system to pay attention in detecting abnormalities like cancer cells. Listen carefully for you. If you had been from childhood throughout life, the negative subliminal messages can take their toll by turning it into a pessimist. I spent a week writing phrases you use in your car talk. May you find a dozen phrases repeated over and over again that reinforce that negative image. If you know of them may change. The inner and outer beauty of happiness go together.
Here are some tips for increasing joy, hope and optimism that works regardless of your age:
Make a list of at least 50 great things that happens every day.
Laugh a lot. ‘ll Heal your body and mind.
Discover a new challenge each month.
Try meditating for just five minutes a day.
7: Sex After 50 Ha! How many of you have crossed in front of this section?
The importance of physical intimacy actually depends on the couple. An alarming number of men to give up on sex after 60 and used for many women feel their sex life ended with menopause. Fortunately, this is no longer the case.
Sex in middle age may be better and more rewarding than ever. Maturity gives a couple more experience in love. Children are often grown and left home. The pressures of building a career and everyday life tend to be less stressful than in younger years.
It’s really the beauty of skin deep?
The answer is yes and no. It is a paradox, is not it? True beauty begins from within. Do you wish there was some way to dodge his nose and find the skin you had a child? Well, until someone comes to the true fountain of youth that we are stuck with what we have.
Just remember that getting older does not mean getting old.
