Picture this: It is 5:27 PM. Your hungry after a busy day at work, itching to get home to see his family, and now you’re stuck in traffic. The frustration sets in, but you’re used to it because it is a daily event.
So finally walk home at 6:04 in the afternoon, her 2 young children are clamoring for your attention, and hungry too. You get some frozen dinners in the microwave in the knowledge that they are not healthy, but also knowing that simply do not have time to think, let alone cook. After a quick meal consisting of Salisbury steak day is not even closer.
Now is the time to do laundry, read to children, and of course a day of work left over from the office. When they have time to rest? At night, I keep saying to yourself.
However, every night is the same old story. You fall in bed past 1 am and closes his eyes. His mind is still racing from the day that just passed and the day of work ahead. So pull and turn, hoping that you will be able to get at least a little close his eyes before his 6:00 pm wake up call (strong annoying alarm clock.
You’ve had for 15 years).
And the next day it will start again. You are tired at work, you do not have time to eat, you are stressed, and cannot escape the vicious circle.
So what to do?
The first thing is first: take a deep breath. Maybe you’re stressed out just reading this far.
To get a more restful sleep tonight do the following:
1) Get a notebook and take 5 minutes just before laying down to free write. What I do is get all thoughts of past, present and future in the head and the paper it is safe and secure. This will release the clutter in your head and let you sleep in peace.
2) Get a new alarm clock that wakes you up gradually with classical music. This will do wonders for your absolute morning routine. What I do is set the alarm to go 15-20 minutes before you normally wake up. It will become very quietly and slowly bring you out of your dream.
3) Add a pair of very healthy snacks from your daily routine. One of my favorites is a pre-packaged 2 oz bag of baby carrots. That good taste, are good for you, and have no time to prepare. Munch When you’re hungry at work or on the way home, about them. Another great snack is raw almonds. Works of healthier eating
Surprisingly well to help you sleep better.
Please use these simple tips 3 to enjoy a more restful night’s sleep.
